Attitude is everything

When you are up to your elbows in alligators, it's difficult to remember that you are draining the swamp. The bombardment of daily distractions can easily keep us from our key objectives and quickly get us down.
Attitude is everything, and the relationships you nurture can keep you focused on draining the swamp. Such relationships develop over time, like a marathon rather than a sprint.

Consider the attitude of a winning team in which all players are focused on developing their strengths and on giving their best and supporting their teammates ~ there is a positive energy that fuels each individual forward toward a common goal, and ultimately to the team's success.

Recognizing that every relationship will affect us for good or bad, seek those opportunities to meet new colleagues, learn new concepts, see new possibilities, think new ideas, share new perspectives and gain new vision. Promote community, confidence, excitement, encouragement and imagination.

To soar with the eagles, develop each other, nurture great attitudes, foster creativity and value the knowledge we share among ourselves.
